摘　　要：在教育可持续发展目标的牵引下,全球面临为每位幼儿提供优质教育的挑战。此时,《早期学习环境评量表》(MELE)作为大范围评估幼儿园(班)教育质量的工具应运而生。它致力于协助各国在价值导向下大范围评估和提升早期教育质量,提供了涵盖环境、互动、教学、游戏、包容性、家庭和社区参与、人事管理七大领域和对应指标的全球通用基础框架供各国改编,同时制定了便捷高效的评价方式助力全民参与。随着我国对公平优质教育需求的不断增加,创新性显著的MELE在观念发展、工具开发、体系完善、指标优化、评价效率等方面为我国幼儿园(班)教育质量评价改革带来了一定的启示。To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals of Education,how to ensure high-quality education for every child becomes a global challenge.Accordingly,the Measurement of Early Learning and,Environment(MELE)has emerged as a large-scale assessment tool,by which local stakeholders around the world can evaluate and improve their quality of early childhood care and education in different cultures.MELE provides a global and dynamic framework whose domains involve environment,interaction,pedagogy,play,inclusiveness,family/community engagement and personnel.It can be adapted to culturally-appropriate version and the convenient and efficient evaluation methods enable more educational practitioners to widely participate in the process.In line with the pursuits of equitable and high-quality education in China,MELE has brought important implications on the values of educational evaluation,tool development,system improvement,indicator optimization and evaluation efficiency.
