摘 要:《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》为建立作为类型教育的职业教育评价新体系指明了方向。彰显类型教育特征的新职业教育评价必须始终围绕校企双元结构特色,将职业能力教育教学作为核心要素,完善"职教高考",健全职业人才发展路径,借力学分银行建立职业弹性学制。新职业教育评价需要多措并举打造高水平职业能力素养的"双师型"教师队伍,构建分类分层化的职业院校教师专业标准,有效保障类型特色职业教育双师队伍的多元性与可持续化发展。新职业教育评价突出树立学生评价的职业能力增值理念,围绕职业兴趣、职业导向明晰综合评价导向,在和谐共生融合发展中促进学生综合职业能力的立体化成长。The implementation of Guideline for Deepening Educational Evaluation Systems in the New Era has further defined the developmental direction of vocational education as a type education.The evaluation of new vocational education,which highlights the characteristics of type education,ought to focus on the dual structure of school and enterprise,take vocational ability education and teaching as the core element,improve the"vocational education college entrance examination",improve the development path of vocational talents,and establish a flexible vocational education system with the help of credit bank.The evaluation of new vocational education needs to take various measures to build a"double qualified"teacher team with high level of professional ability and quality,and to construct a classified and hierarchical professional standard for teachers in vocational colleges,so as to effectively guarantee the diversity and sustainable development of dual qualified teachers in vocational education with type characteristics.It is also critical to set up the value-added concept of vocational ability in students’evaluation,and to clarify the comprehensive evaluation direction targeting students’professional interests and career orientations,so as to promote a three-dimensional growth of their comprehensive vocational ability in the development of harmonious symbiosis and integration.
