摘  要:文章使用了一种具有更强空化效应的自振空化器辅助亚硫酸法澄清糖液,探究了空化时间、空化器入口压力、溶液温度、溶液浓度对自振空化辅助亚硫酸钙形成及糖液澄清的影响。研究发现,在空化时间为60 s、空化器入口压力为0.4 MPa、亚硫酸浓度为0.20 mol/L、溶液温度40℃时,溶液电导率下降率较大且生成的CaSO3中位粒径较小,分别为2.68%和41.26μm。经空化处理的CaSO3晶粒形态由花瓣状变为球状和柱状的交错破碎结构。在空化时间为60 s、空化器入口压力为0.3 MPa、溶液温度为70℃时,澄清效果较好,此时糖液的脱色率由40.05%提高到44.75%,简纯度由82.81%提高到84.52%。结果表明:自振空化可改变CaSO3晶粒形貌,使颗粒变得细小、比表面积增大,强化亚硫酸法对糖液的澄清效果。This study used a self-resonating cavitation with stronger cavitation effects to intensify syrup clarification by sulfitation process.The effects of cavitation treatment time,cavitation inlet pressure,solution temperature and solution concentration on the formation of CaSO3 and clarification of sugar solution were investigated.It was founded that when cavitation treatment time of 60 s,cavitation inlet pressure of 0.4 MPa,solution concentration of 0.20 mol/L and solution temperature of 40℃,the drop rate of conductivity was larger and median diameter of CaSO3 was smaller,which were 2.68%and 41.26μm respectively.The morphology of CaSO3 grains after cavitation treatment changed from petal to broken structure of spherical and cylindrical.When the cavitation time was 60 s,the cavitation inlet pressure was 0.3 MPa,and the solution temperature was 70℃,the decolorization rate of the syrup increased from 40.05%to 44.75%,and the apparent purity increased from 82.81%to 84.52%.The results showed that the self-resonating cavitation can change crystal morphology of CaSO3,and made the size and specific surface area of CaSO3 smaller and higher respectively,to improve the effect of sugar clarification by sulfitation process.
