摘  要:食品专业英语融合了对大学英语和食品专业知识的学习,是高等院校培养契合现代社会发展需求的高素质食品专业人才的有效途径。当前,高校食品专业英语教学在课程设置、教学实施、学生实践层面存在一定的问题。以应用型人才培养为基本理念,食品专业英语教育教学活动的开展契合了当前国内人才需求结构的变化,有助于提高就业率,对促进我国食品工业的国际化发展亦有积极影响。针对当前食品专业英语教学中存在的问题,需要对教学方式进行创新,探索校企合作教学模式,并更加注重培养国际化的融合型人才。Food Professional English integrates the learning of College English and food professional knowledge,which is an effective way for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality food professionals who meet the needs of the development of modern society.At present,there are some problems in English Teaching of food specialty in colleges and universities in terms of curriculum,teaching implementation and students’practice.Based on the basic concept of application-oriented personnel training,the development of English education and teaching activities for food majors is in line with the changes in the current domestic talent demand structure,which helps to improve the employment rate and has a positive impact on the international development of China’s food industry.In view of the problems existing in the current English Teaching of food specialty,it is necessary to innovate the teaching methods,explore the school enterprise cooperative teaching mode,and pay more attention to the cultivation of international fusion talents.
