摘　　要：高职院校人才培养工作状态数据是诊断与改进工作的基础数据,对行政决策、人才培养动态分析、院校治理、教学改革都具有重要作用。校本人才培养工作状态数据管理系统是高效实时采集、分析、应用数据的前提。从系统设计原则入手,阐述了“数据标准”“数据采集”“数据清洗与整合”“数据存储”“数据分析与运用”5个子模块的设计思路和功能需求,为校本状态数据全生命周期管理提供了思路。The data of talent development in higher vocational colleges are the basic data for diagnosis and improvement which will play an important role in administrative decision-making,dynamic analysis of talent development,college governance,and teaching reform.The school-based data management system of talent development is a prerequisite for efficient real-time collection,analysis and application of data.Starting with the system design principles,the paper explains the designing ideas and functional requirements of the five sub-modules:“data standard”,“data collection”,“data cleaning and integration”,“data storage”,and“data analysis and application”,which provides ideas for the full-life cycle management of school-based state data.
