摘  要:高职院校以学生个性化培养为核心的人才培养模式与柔性教学管理体系的结合是保障学生可持续发展和自我发展的有效措施。通过对常州信息职业技术学院个性化人才培养过程中柔性教学管理体系的构建与实施进行研究,在教学管理过程中利用优化课程体系、建立个性化项目考核制度、实施特色学分制、优化绩效考核机制等多种途径,构建并实施柔性教学管理体系,达到满足学生个性化成长的目的。The combination of talent training mode with flexible teaching management system as the core of students'personalized training in higher vocational colleges is an effective measure to ensure students'sustainable development and self-development.Through the research on the construction and implementation of flexible teaching management system in the implementation process of personalized talent training in Changzhou College of Information Technology,we can optimize the curriculum system in the process of teaching management,establish a personalized project assessment system,implement the characteristic credit system,and optimize the performance evaluation mechanism.We should construct and implement the teaching management system to meet the goal of students'personalized growth.
