摘 要:青年教师是应用型本科院校中师资队伍中的主力军,青年教师教学能力水平直接影响着应用型本科院校人才培养的质量。高等教育内涵式发展对应用型本科院校青年教师教学能力提升提出必然要求,但新进青年教师教学能力现状不容乐观。针对新进青年教师教学能力发展方面的基本要求,安徽科技学院从学校师资培训、院系师资培养、督导师资帮扶、个人自我重视等多方面开展青年教师教学能力提升工作。Young teachers are the main force of the teaching staff in applied undergraduate colleges,and the level of young teachers'teaching ability directly affects the quality of talent training in applied undergraduate colleges.The connotative development of higher education has inevitably required the improvement of teaching ability of young teachers in applied undergraduate colleges,but the current status of teaching ability of new young teachers is not optimistic.Aiming at the basic requirements for the development of teaching ability of young teachers,Anhui University of Science and Technology launches the improvement of teaching ability of young teachers from various aspects such as school teacher training,faculty training,supervision of tutor resources,and personal self-emphasis.
