摘  要:课程思政就是要坚持立德树人,将知识的传授、技能的培养与价值塑造三者融为一体,引导学生将所学到的知识和技能转化为内在德性和素养。从课程思政践行工匠精神培养,可充分发挥课程思政协同育人的作用。文章以食品安全检测技术课程为例,以培养学生工匠精神作为课程思政的主要目标,从挖掘课程思政映射与融入点等方面,提出在专业课教学中融入课程思政的实施途径,使专业课教学与课程思政有机结合,为培养德才兼备的"食品工匠"人才提供保障措施。Curriculum ideological and political education is to insist on cultivating people with morality,integrate knowledge transfer,skill training and value shaping,and guide students to transform the knowledge and skills they have learned into inherent virtue and accomplishment.Practicing the cultivation of craftsman's spirit from the curriculum ideological and political education can give full play to the role of its synergistic effect of education.Taking the course of food safety testing technology as an example,this paper puts forward the implementation ways of integrating the curriculum ideological and political education into the teaching of professional courses from the aspects of exploring the mapping and integration points of ideological and political education,so as to combine the course ideological and political work organically,and provide guarantee measures for the cultivation of"food craftsman"with both ability and moral integrity.
