摘  要:对高职康复治疗技术专业小儿脑瘫康复课程实施校企合作的现场教学模式改革,探讨改革对学生学习效果的影响机理。采用调查问卷及测试等方式对比改革前后效果,发现改革后学生对课程满意度,以及就业率、学习成绩均明显高于教学改革前。校企合作现场教学模式能激发学习兴趣,提高学生对专业知识技能的学习效率,对就业产生正面影响。This paper discusses the reform of school-enterprise on-site teaching mode carried out for the rehabilitation course for children with cerebral palsy in the rehabilitation technology major of higher vocational colleges and the influence mechanism of the reform on students'learning effect.By using questionnaires and tests to compare the effects before and after the reform,it is found that students’satisfaction with courses,employment rate and academic performance after the reform are significantly higher than before.School-enterprise cooperation on-site teaching mode can stimulate learning interest,improve students’learning efficiency of professional knowledge and skills,and have a positive impact on employment.
