摘 要:家校共育中学校教育和家庭教育的权责边界主要指两者在学生教育中的权利和责任。因现实中经常发生两者的缺位、越位、错位和退位现象,为确保家校共育中学校教育和家庭教育的权责统一,首先必须明确学校教育和家庭教育在教育目标、教育内容、内部关系、教育功能、教育水平、表现方式和教育过程的区别。为实现家校共育中学校和家庭权责统一,应做到:以“太极型”家校关系为理念引领;实现学校指导家长和家长参与学校相辅相成;协商确定学校和家庭的权利与职责;明确学校和家庭各自地位,积极协作;厘清学校和家庭各自角色,相互配合。The boundary of the rights and responsibilities of school education and family education in home-school co-education mainly refers to their rights and responsibilities in student education.However,the absence,offside,dislocation and abdication of the two often occur in reality.In order to ensure the unification of the rights and responsibilities of school education and family education in home-school co-education,it must be made clear that school education and family education differ in educational objectives,educational contents,internal relations,educational functions,educational levels,ways of expression and educational processes.In order to realize the unification of the rights and responsibilities of school education and family education in home-school co-education,the“Taiji”type parent-school relationship should be taken as the guiding principle;school’s guiding parents and parents’participating in school should be fully realized;the rights and responsibilities of schools and families should be decided through consultation;the status of school and family should be clarified,and actively cooperate with each other;the respective roles of school and family should be clarified,and coordinate each other.
