摘　　要：目的分析某医院近5年进修学员基本情况,分析该院进修生基本信息,为拓展进修教育品牌宣传提供参考。方法应用Excel 2010对从进修申请电子数据库提取医院2014—2018年所有进修申请学员的数据信息进行处理。结果该院2014—2018年共计接收进修1132人,其中进修学员中女性占比最大,为73.41%、主要进修群体为26~35岁的学员(68.11%),检验类型进修人员占多数(43.99%),以具有工作经验4~6年(34.89%)、中级职称、本科硕士生学历群体为主。外省市级医院的进修学员占多数,主要来源于天津市周边地区医院。结论医院应综合考虑目前面临的现状,应优化进修招生方案,拓展进修培训新项目,强化全过程管理质量等多举措并举,保障进修培养质量,提高进修招生吸引力,扩大医院进修品牌辐射力和影响力,促进国家血液学人才培养科技创新核心基地建设。Objective This paper analyzes the basic situation of the trainees in a hospital in recent 5 years,analyzes the basic information of the trainees in the hospital,and provides reference for expanding the brand propaganda of continuing education.Methods Excel 2010 was used to extract the data of all the trainees in 2014—2018 from the electronic database of further education application.Results In 2014—2018,1132 students were admitted to the college,among which the female students accounted for the largest proportion(73.41%),the main students aged 26~35(68.11%),and the majority(43.99%),with work experience 4~6 years(34.89%),intermediate title,undergraduate master’s degree group mainly.Most of the trainees in municipal hospitals in other provinces come from the hospitals around Tianjin.Conclusion The hospital should consider the current situation comprehensively,and should take multiple measures simultaneously,such as optimizing the enrollment plan for further education,expanding the new items of further education training,strengthening the whole process management quality,so as to ensure the quality of further education training and improve the attractiveness of further education enrollment,expand the brand radiation and influence of hospital continuing education,promote the construction of national hematology talent training science and technology innovation core base.
