远程研修场域中教师教学反思水平的实证研究

摘　　要：对教学反思的研究由来已久,远程研修场域中教师教学反思也一直存在并成为远程研修的生命力所在。研究基于275名中小学教师的个人视角,结合场域和教师教学反思水平进行详细调查。结果显示,教师在远程研修中基本形成良好的场域氛围,但显在场域的表现稍逊于潜在场域的表现。场域中教师教学反思处于教学技术水平层面的比例最高,其次是理论分析水平,处于价值判断水平的比例最低。不同性别的教师在远程研修场域中教学技术水平层面和价值判断水平层面的反思差异显著。远程研修中年龄不同的教师在教学反思的潜在场域中的价值观、态度和感受等没有呈现显著差异,显在场域的教学反思行为部分呈现显著差异,但是三个阶段水平的反思行为整体不呈现显著差异。Study on teacher s reflective thinking are always existed and become the vitality of distance training field.An empirical study of 275 teachers analysis based field and RT theory,showed that teachers have formed a good atmosphere in the field of distance training,but the performance of the apparent field is slightly inferior to the performance of the potential field.And the highest score is teaching technological level,followed by theoretical analysis level and value judgment level.There is a significant difference between male and female teachers in TTL and VJL.And also a significant difference on the reflective behavior of teachers in different age but no difference on the reflective feeling such as judgment,idea and concept.
