摘 要:为探索培智学校教师对校本课程的态度及其对校本课程实施的影响,对136名培智学校教师进行问卷调查发现,教师职位和参与校本课程的经验能够影响其对校本课程的态度,教师的校本课程开发态度直接决定校本课程的实施态度。建议培智学校在了解教师对校本课程知识需求的基础上开展针对性的培训;建立和完善校本课程开发与实施过程中的“师徒制”,有效传递校本经验;落实多方参与的评价机制以促进教师开发校本课程的积极性。In order to explore the attitude of teachers inspecial education schoolsto school-based curriculum and its influence on the implementation of school-based curriculum,this questionnaire survey was conducted among 136 teachers in special educationschools and itfinds:teachers’position and experience in participating in school-based curriculum can influence their attitude to school-based curriculum;teachers'attitude towards school-based curriculum development directly determines their attitude towards school-based curriculum implementation.It is suggested that special education schools could conduct targeted training on the basis of understanding teachers’needs for school-based curriculum knowledge;establish and perfect the“mentoring system”in the process of the development and implementation of school-based curriculum,and transfer the school-based experience effectively;implement the multi-participation evaluation mechanism to promote the enthusiasm of teachers in developing school-based curriculum.
