摘 要:近年来随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大、培养要求的提高,如何提高研究生培养质量成为一个备受关注的问题。学术能力是衡量研究生教育质量的重要指标,本文通过跟踪调查两名日语专业学术型硕士生核心学术能力的动态变化过程及个体差异,采用定量测试与定性评估的双向互证,发现多维研讨平台对学术能力具有极大的促进作用。定量测试结果显示多维研讨平台有利于促进核心学术能力的提高,其中专业背景学生和非专业背景学生的学术能力呈现出共性和个性,定性评估结果显示师生交流与生生交流的多元性和互动性是促进学术能力提高的最大因素。In recent years,with the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment and the improvement of training requirements,how to improve the quality of postgraduate training has become a concern.Academic ability is an important index to measure the quality of graduate education.This paper investigates the dynamic changes and individual differences of core academic ability for two Japanese language master's students,and adopts two-way mutual certification of quantitative test and qualitative evaluation,and finds that a multidimensional discussion platform can greatly promote academic ability.The quantitative test results show that the multi-dimensional discussion platform is conducive to promoting the improvement of core academic ability,in which the academic ability of students with professional and non-professional background presents commonness and individuality.The qualitative evaluation results show that the diversity and interaction of teacher-student and student-student communication are the greatest factors to promote the improvement of academic ability.
