摘  要:教师培训直接面向一线教师,能够发现教师成长与发展中的普遍性、共同性问题,促进教师核心知识和教学技能的提升。本研究采用问卷调查法对渝东北地区10所中学的300名初中英语教师进行调查,统计、分析了教师曾经参加过的培训情况与现阶段的培训需求。调查结果表明,在初中英语教师参加的培训中,存在培训场次不足、培训手段单一、培训目的功利化、培训内容理论化、培训者队伍结构不合理等问题。在培训需求方面,短期培训、外出培训、一线优秀教师培训者、观摩示范课等更受参训教师的欢迎。因需施培是教师培训的一个重要原则。充分了解教师的需求与愿望,才能对症下药,提升教师培训的质量,促进教师培训工作的专业化,从而推动教师的专业化发展。Teacher training directly targets front-line teachers,which can discover the general problems in the growth and development of teachers,and improve teachers'core knowledge and teaching skills.Using a self-developed questionnaire,300 English teachers from 10 junior middle schools in Northeast Chongqing were involved in the present study.The findings indicate that the existing training programs are with the following problems:insufficient training sessions,simple training means,utilitarian training purposes,theoretical training contents,the unreasonable structure of trainers,etc.In terms of training needs,short-term training,training programs organized by other institutions,excellent front-line teacher trainers,and classroom observations are most popular among teacher trainees.Needs-based training is an important principle in teacher training.Only by fully understanding teachers'needs and expectations can we put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of teacher training and promote the professionalism of teacher training,and thereby to help teacher professional development.
