摘 要:针对高职汽车专业人才培养实践中,因教师创新创业教育意识薄弱,认识存在偏差;专业教育与创新创业教育融合度不高;保障条件不足,缺乏培养载体等导致学生创新创业能力差,发展后劲不足的问题。构建了“第一课堂+第二课堂”的汽车专业创新创业教育课程体系,实现浸润式培养,并创新性地提出“目标分层,过程分段,途径分类,系统推进”的汽车专业学生双创能力系统化培养路径。实践表明,学生双创能力明显提升,有效地拓宽了毕业生的就业渠道和就业竞争力。In the training practice of automobile professionals in higher vocational colleges,the weak awareness of teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship education,the lack of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the lack of guarantee conditions and the lack of training carrier lead to the problems of students'poor innovation and entrepreneurship ability and insufficient development potential.The innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system of"the first classroom+the second classroom"is constructed to realize the infiltration training.It also originally puts forward the systematic training path of"target stratification,process segmentation,path classification,and system promotion"for automobile major students'entrepreneurship and innovation ability.Practice shows that the students'entrepreneurship and innovation ability has been significantly improved,which effectively broadens the employment channels and employment competitiveness of graduates.
