“1+X”证书下软件技术专业人才培养模式研究以湖州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：课题组以湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)软件技术专业为研究对象,以“培养面向企业的复合型技术技能人才”为目标,基于“1+X”证书制度体系,从培养方案制定、课程体系重构、产学研协同创新等要素出发,探索高职院校复合型技术技能人才培养新模式。新模式以复合型技术技能人才“专业化发展”和“可持续发展”为主线,构建了“同心圆”式能力培养体系;以“PEE”共同体为载体,创新了校企协同育人“新”机制;紧紧围绕专业、企业和行业三方要素,将IT行业和企业对“新工科”人才的需求融入到“1+X”课程体系建设和复合型技术技能人才“12345”实训模式之中,实现校企深度融合,提高人才培养质量。Based on the“1+X”certificate system,the article takes the software technology major of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College as the research object,aims at“cultivating compound technical talents for enterprises”,and explores a new mode for cultivating compound technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges,from cultivation plan formulation,curriculum system reconstruction and industry university research collaborative innovation.Firstly,the new mode takes the“professional development”and“sustainable development”of compound technical talents as the main line and builds a capacity training system of“concentric circle”type.Secondly,the new mode innovates the“new”mechanism of school enterprise collaborative education using the“PEE”community as a carrier.Thirdly,tightly centering on majors,enterprises and industries,the new mode integrates IT industry and enterprises’demand for“new engineering”talents into“1+X”curriculum system construction and“12345”training mode for composite technical skills,to achieve a deep integration of schools and enterprises,and improve the quality of talent training.
