摘 要:职业教育的建设对国民经济的发展具有重要作用,而作为北欧小国的芬兰能够成为发达国家与其职业教育的发展密不可分。从20世纪60年代开始,芬兰陆续开展了多次改革,其中职业教育教师队伍改革尤为引人瞩目。芬兰在职业教育教师的培养体制、方式、渠道以及评价机制等方面进行了改善,为职业教育发展提供了源源不断的优质师资,研究芬兰职业教育教师团队建设对于中国职业教育教师队伍的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。Teacher is an important factor influencing the development of vocational education.The development of Finland’s economy is inseparable from its emphasis on vocational education.Finland has carried out many reforms in vocational education,which has led to a great progress.In each reform,the reform of the Finnish vocational education teachers is one of the highlights.They have made many changes in the training system,methods,channels and evaluation mechanisms of teachers,providing a continuous source of high-quality teachers for vocational education.The research on the Finnish vocational education teachers team has important implications for the construction of vocational education teachers in China.
