摘  要:测序技术是分子生物学研究中常用的技术,它的出现极大地推动了生物学、基因筛选、品种改良等工作的开展。随着科学技术的进步,测序技术自身也在不断更新。介绍测序技术及其发展历程,以及在葡萄种植环境、品质改良、新品种培育、常见病害、果品保鲜,酿酒酵母改良及选育、生长环境及影响因素等方面的应用,旨在促进测序技术与食品科学研究的融会贯通及长远发展。Sequencing technology is a commonly used technology in molecular biology research.Its emergence has greatly promoted the development of biology,gene screening,variety improvement and other fields.With the progress of science and technology,sequencing technology itself is constantly updated.The sequencing technique and its development history were discussed.The application of sequencing technology in grape planting environment,quality improvement,new variety cultivation,common diseases,fruit preservation,improvement and breeding of Saccharomyces cerevisiae,growth environment and influencing factors were also introduced.It aimed at promoting the integration and long-term development of sequencing technology and food science research.
