摘　　要：通过对模具专业学徒制培养面向的3个岗位进行了工作任务和职业能力分析,校企联合开发5门课程;以学生的能力提升为目标,以职业能力的要求为导向制定课程标准;课程的考核方式,结合岗位任职需求设定,突出学生岗位任职能力需求。Through the analysis of the work tasks and professional ability of the three major positions of the die & mold professional apprenticeship training, the school and enterprise jointly develop five courses;take the students’ ability improvement as the goal, take the vocational ability requirements as the guidance, formulate the curriculum standards;the curriculum assessment method, combined with the post requirements setting, highlights the students’ post ability requirements.
