摘 要:本文以"四有"好老师为分析框架,对PISA 2015中国四省市数据进行循证研究,探究教师素养与学生STEM职业期望之间的关系。研究表明城乡学生的STEM职业期望均与教师素养的关注个体维度存在显著相关;乡镇学生的STEM职业期望与教师素养的经师教书、爱岗敬业、教学研究、教师知识存在显著相关;城市学生的STEM职业期望与教师素养的人师育人、平等待生存在显著相关。相对于学生的家庭社会文化背景、父母职业和科学成绩,教师素养能够更为显著地预测学生的STEM职业期望,并且乡镇教师素养的教师知识和城市教师素养的人师育人对学生STEM职业期望有着积极的预测效果。本研究建议:应将情感教育作为工作基石,乡镇教师着力提高教学水平,城市教师强化STEM育人功能。This paper constructs an analysis framework of"Four Haves"good teachers,and conducts an evidence-based study on PISA 2015 data from four provinces and cities in China to explore the relationship between teachers’literacy and students’STEM career expectations.The research shows that the STEM career expectation of urban and rural students is significantly related to the foucusing on individual dimension of teachers’literacy.The STEM career expectation of rural students is significantly related to the teaching,dedication,teaching research and teacher knowledge of teachers’literacy,and the STEM career expectation of urban students is significantly related to the humanistic education and equal treatment of students.Compared with the students’family,social and cultural background,parents’occupation and science achievements,teachers’literacy can more significantly predict students’STEM career expectations,and the teacher knowledge of rural teachers’literacy and the humanistic education of urban teachers’literacy have a positive predictive effect on students’STEM career expectations.It should regard emotional education as the cornerstone of work,to improve the teaching level of rural teachers,and strengthen the STEM education function of urban teachers.
