摘  要:在特殊教育从隔离到一体化再到全纳教育的发展过程中,英国高校的特殊教育专业形成了以研究生层次为主的人才培养体系。英国高校特殊教育专业硕士学位项目坚持全纳教育理念,以市场为导向,开设有针对性的硕士课程,同时突出自闭症儿童教育在专业设置中的重要地位。这为我国高校特殊教育专业建设提供了四点有益启示:强化全纳教育教师培养;加大硕、博培养力度,分类培养专业人才;提高对自闭症儿童的关注;坚持"就业"与"研究"双导向。In the development process of special education from isolation to integration and then to inclusive education, the special education specialty in British universities has formed a talent cultivation system mainly at the postgraduate level. The master’s degree program of special education in British universities adheres to the concept of inclusive education and offers targeted master’s courses in a market-oriented manner. Meanwhile, it highlights the important position of autism education in the specialty setting. This provides four beneficial enlightenments for the construction of special education in colleges and universities in China: strengthening the training of inclusive education teachers;strengthening the training of talents with master’s and doctoral degree, cultivating professional talents by category;raising the attention to children with autism;adhering to the dual orientation of "employment" and "research".
