摘 要:目的总结地方医学院校以“器官系统”为中心的课程整合实施经验,分析实施效果,提出优化建议。方法以潍坊医学院临床医学专业2016级和2017级整合课程教改班为研究对象,分析整合课程在课程内容设置、教材与师资、教学方法等方面的实施效果和存在问题。结果学生对于以“器官系统”为中心的课程整合模式满意度较高,但是在师资、教材和实验课程设置存在问题较大。结论以“器官系统”为中心的课程整合,有助于学生建立完整的医学知识体系,为学生树立了整体医学的理念。目前国内医学院校还处在探索阶段,实施的效果还有待于进一步的观察和评价,还需要不断的改进和完善。Objective This paper summarizes the experience of the implementation of“organ system”centered curriculum integration in local medical colleges,analyzes the implementation effect,and puts forward optimization suggestions.Methods Taking the 2016 and 2017 integrated curriculum reform classes of Clinical Medicine College of Weifang Medical College as the research object,this paper analyzes the implementation effect and existing problems of the integrated curriculum in curriculum content setting,teaching materials and teachers,teaching methods.Results The students were satisfied with the“organ system”centered curriculum integration model,but there were some problems in teachers,teaching materials and experimental curriculum.Results Students are more satisfied with the“organ system”centered curriculum integration model,but there are more problems in teachers,teaching materials and experimental curriculum.Conclusions The curriculum integration centered on“organ system”is helpful for students to establish a complete medical knowledge system and the concept of holistic medicine.At present,domestic medical colleges and universities are still in the exploration stage,and the effect of implementation still needs further observation and evaluation,and needs continuous improvement and improvement.
