摘 要:目的探讨以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)在神经内科临床见习教学中的运用效果。方法2018年2~7月从苏州大学医学部临床医学专业本科5年制2015级2班中随机抽取学生分为试验组与对照组,分别实施PBL教学方法及传统教学,通过理论考试和问卷调查对教学效果进行检验。结果试验组在锻炼学生临床思维及自主创新能力、提高文献检索能力、促进知识理解、加强互助合作和增进师生感情方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的理论考试以及操作考试成绩优秀比例(59.26%、62.96%)均高于对照组(14.81%、7.41%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学方法在神经内科临床见习教学中效果显著。Objective To investigate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical probation teaching at the Department of Neurology.Methods From February to July 2018,students in Class 2 of Grade 15 of 5-year-program of clinical medicine major from the department of medicine in Soochow University were randomly selected,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.PBL teaching method and conventional teaching were implemented respectively,and the teaching effects were evaluated by theoretical examination and questionnaire survey.Results There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of training students'clinical thinking and independent innovation ability,improving literature retrieval ability,promoting knowledge understanding,strengthening mutual assistance and cooperation,and enhancing the emotional communication between teachers and students(P<0.05).The proportion of students with excellent achievements in theoretical examination and operation examination in the experimental group were 59.26%and 62.96%,both higher than 14.81%and 7.41%in the control group,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method is effective in clinical probation teaching at the Department of Neurology.
