摘　　要：在我国积极推进职业教育现代学徒制改革的过程中,存在“两热两冷”等难题。高职院校既要不断地学习国外现代学徒制的先进经验,又要结合我国的国情开展理论和实践研究,坚定正确的职教理念,校企合作开发和实施现代学徒制标准,积极探索中国特色现代学徒制改革之路。In the process of actively promoting the modern apprenticeship reform of vocational education,there are some problems such as“two hot and two cold”.We should not only learn from the advanced experience of modern apprenticeship abroad,but also carry out theoretical and practical research in the light of China s national conditions.We should stick to the correct concept of vocational education,cooperate with school and enterprise to develop and implement modern apprenticeship standard,and actively explore the way of modern apprenticeship reform with Chinese characteristics.
