摘 要:在线教学发展迅速,目前我国已有多所高校在多个平台开展线上教学作为课堂教学的有效补充,甚至有高校的部分专业已尝试将线上教学作为主体教学方式。线上教学一般采用教师录制或直播方式进行灌输式教学,而医学生教育需达到的目标较高,仅灌输式教学极大程度上限制医学生整体思维的创新性、延展性及连贯性,不符合当今国家与社会对于高素质医学人才的培养要求。本文采用TBL(team-based learning)结合LBL(lecture-based learning)的方式探讨构建适合医学本科生线上教学的可行模式,为以后常规的线上补充式教学,以及特殊条件下的网络教学紧急应对措施提供参考。Online teaching is an inevitable trend.In our country,there are many universities and platforms have already carry out online teaching as an effective complement to classroom teaching,and even some universities have tried to use it as a main teaching method.Online teaching generally uses teacher recordings or live broadcastings to instil the theory to students.But the innovation,extension and coherence of medical students’overall thinking could be greatly limited by such type of teaching,since the instructions to them have to reach a relatively higher level.This teaching method does not meet the current state and society for high-quality personnel training requirements.In this paper,team-based learning(TBL)combined with lecture-based learning(LBL)is used to explore a feasible online teaching model for undergraduates,it provides the reference for the regular online supplementary teaching and the emergency measures under the special condition.
