摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法在《康复医学》教学中的应用效果。方法本学期授课的临床医学专业的学生,随机抽取2个班,A班采用讲授教学法(n=63),B班采用案例教学法(CBL)教学法(n=37)。课堂测试了解学生对教学内容的掌握程度,问卷调查学生学习的兴趣。结果案例教学法使学生对康复功能诊断,临床诊断,康复注意事项的掌握程度优于讲授法的效果,成绩分析的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且学生兴趣较高,但对学生掌握康复具体治疗方法的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);案例教学法课程内容掌握情况优于传统教学法。结论案例教学法有利于临床学生掌握康复诊疗思维,引导学生从功能障碍方面考虑临床问题,但如何让学生熟悉常见的康复治疗方法仍需继续探索。Objective This paper aims to explore the effects of case-based learning(CBL)method applied in the teaching of Rehabilitation Medicine.Methods Two classes taught this semester were chosen randomly from the major of clinical medicine.Class A adopts lecture teaching method(n=63),Class B adopts case-based learning(CBL)teaching method(n=37).On-class tests were implemented to know the mastery levels of the students,and questionnaires were carried out to learn their interests.Results The results show that CBL method makes better performance than lecture method for the rehabilitation function diagnosis,clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation matters,as well as the raising of their study interests,and it has statistical differences significantly(P<0.05).However,there is no significant difference in the specific treatment methods for students to master rehabilitation(P>0.05).The percentage of case teaching courses is better than that of traditional teaching.Conclusion The Case-Based Learning is helpful for clinical students to understand the thinking of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment,and to guide students to consider clinical problems from the aspect of dysfunction.But how to let the clinical medical students master the common rehabilitation treatment method still needs to be explore-d in the future.
