基于三方调研的专业建设实践和思考——以漳州卫生职业学院医学检验技术专业(病理检验技术方向)为例

摘　　要：目的:明确医检专业(病理检验技术方向)的专业建设的不足之处并提出整改方案。方法:采用问卷、座谈、网上收集资料等多种方式对62位病理科工作人员、143名13-18届毕业生、20所同类院校开展调研。结果:医检专业(病理检验技术方向)学生应具备的基本素质中排在前面5项分别为良好的职业道德、良好的团队合作精神、良好的观察、分析、解决问题能力、良好的自我学习能力和良好的组织能力和协调能力。人才培养方面应注重五方面的培养:专业基础知识、实践动手能力、综合素质、思想道德素质、合作协调能力。结论:病理检验技术岗位需要大专层次的医检专业(病理检验技术方向)的学生。医检专业(病理检验技术方向)的专业建设中的职业能力要求和课程设置总体上符合行业需求,部分课程、课时、实验内容和教材选用需要调整。Objective:This paper aims to clarify the shortcomings of the professional construction of Pathological Laboratory Technology(the Subclassification of Medical Laboratory Technology Specialty)and to put forward the rectification plan.Methods:By means of questionnaire,interview and online data collection,the research is used to investigate 62 pathologists,143 graduates of the 13th-18th session and 20 similar colleges.Results:The top five basic qualities students should have are good professional ethics,good team spirit,good observation,analysis,problem-solving ability,good self-learning ability,good organizational ability and coordination ability.In terms of personnel training,we should pay attention to five aspects:professional basic knowledge,practical ability,comprehensive quality,ideological and moral quality,cooperation and coordination ability.Conclusion:The post of pathology laboratory technology needs to recruit the students of medical examination specialty(pathology examination technology direction)at college level.The professional ability requirements and curriculum setting in the specialty construction of Pathological Laboratory Technology(the Subclassification of Medical Laboratory Technology Specialty)generally meet the needs of the industry,and some courses,class hours,experimental contents and textbook selection need to be adjusted.
