摘  要:建立同时测定市售自制饮料中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、脱氢乙酸、柠檬黄、日落黄、胭脂红及苋菜红8种添加剂的高效液相色谱法。8种添加剂在1.0~50.0μg/mL的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r^2≥0.99996,回收率为90.2%~105.0%,RSD为0.87%~1.6%,方法的检出限为0.005g/kg,定量限为0.015g/kg。该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可适用于自制饮料中8种添加剂的检测。A method was established for simultaneous determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium,dehydroacetic acid,tartrazine,sunset yellow,carmine and amaranth in vendor self-made beverages by Highperformance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Eight kinds of additives showed good linear relationship over the concentration range of 1.0~50.0μg/mL with r^2 not less than 0.99996.The recoveries varied from 90.2%to 105.0%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)varied from 0.87%to 1.6%.The limit of determination(LOD)was 0.005 g/kg,and the limit of quantitative(LOP)analysis was 0.015 g/kg.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be applied to the determination of eight additives in vendor self-made beverages.
