摘　　要：微生物学作为生命科学专业一门重要的专业基础课程,该课程的学习效果对学生的专业课学习和职业发展具有重要作用。在新的大学教育形式下,基于"以学生为中心"的教学理念,我们对微生物学的教学范式改革进行了探索。对教学过程进行系统设计,通过引入课程思政、改变教学范式以及改革课程考核评价方式,有效激发了学生对微生物学的兴趣,提高了学生在微生物学习过程中的获得感和综合能力。通过对"以学生为中心"的微生物学课程教学探索与实践,学生的主动性、实践性和创新性得到了较为明显的提升,获得了良好的教学效果。Microbiology is an important basic professional course for the life science major.The learning effect of this course plays an important role in students'professional course learning and career development.Under the new situation of college education,based on the"student-centered"teaching philosophy,we have explored the reform of the teaching paradigm of microbiology.We have systematically designed the teaching process,introduced curriculum-based ideological and political education,changed the teaching paradigm,and reformed curriculum evaluation methods,in order to effectively stimulate students'interest in microbiology and improve their sense of acquisition and comprehensive ability in the process of microbiology learning.Through the exploration and practice of the"student-centered"microbiology course teaching,students'initiative,practicality and innovation have been significantly improved,and good teaching effects have been obtained.
