摘  要:为了加快专业结构调整步伐,提升人才培养质量,对校企融合视域下现代学徒制人才培养模式进行探讨。以焊接技术与自动化专业为例,探索了实现人才培养的根本路径,应实践招生招工一体化,建立校企协同育人机制,创建并实践“三课融合、递进提升”工学结合人才培养模式,构建“学校课程+岗位课程+职业素养课程”的专业岗位成才课程体系,建立校企互聘共用的“双岗双薪”师资队伍,完善双导师制。校企融合的现代学徒制人才培养模式能够探索与解决高职院校教学中出现的问题,实现岗位成才。In order to accelerate the specialty structure adjustment pace,and to improve talent training quality,we explore the modern apprenticeship talent training mode from the perspective school-enterprise integration.Through taking welding technology and automation as an example,we explore the fundamental pathway of achieving talent training.It is suggested to practice the integration of recruitment of students and workers,establish education mechanism of school-enterprise,establish and practice“three classes fusion,progressive promotion”personnel training mode,construct the curriculum system of“school curriculum+post curriculum+professional accomplishment curriculum”,build“double post,double salary”teacher team under the recruitment and share of the school and enterprise,and perfect double tutor system.Modern apprenticeship talent training mode under the integration of the school and enterprise,we can explore and solve the problems of teaching in the higher vocational college,and achieve talent cultivation in the post.
