摘  要:目的评估四步教学法在儿科急诊教学中的作用。方法将长春中医药大学在校本科实习生随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用四步教学法,对照组采用传统知识授课式进行儿科急诊教学。教学结束后,分别进行理论考试和操作考核,并进行统计学分析。结果试验组的理论考试成绩和操作考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论四步教学法可以提高学生的急救操作技能,增强应对急救实际处理能力,巩固理论教学效果。Objective In order to evaluate the effect of four-step teaching method in pediatric emergency education.Methods Undergraduate interns in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Fourstep teaching method was used in the experimental group.In the control group,the teaching mode of transferring knowledge was used in the teaching of pediatric emergency.At the end of the teaching,the theory test and operation test were conducted respectively,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results The results of theory test and operation test in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The four-step teaching method can improve the students’first-aid operation skills,enhance the practical ability to deal with first-aid,and consolidate the effect of theory teaching.
