摘  要:从流动适龄儿童发展的要求,剖析了流动适龄儿童个别化教学的必要性,阐述了个别化教学在适应和融入学校教学、减少知识性校园欺凌、建立儿童交往自信等方面的目的,提出了个别化教学设计的理念,认为在设计理念上,强调从不适应到适应过渡性的设计目标,基于学生有用经验层次化、注重流动儿童学习兴趣的引导、构建课本知识到课外知识的教学强化脉络,以及突出学生表现性评价等,建立有效的个别化教学,帮助流动儿童适应学校教育的生活和学习。From the perspective of development requirements,this article analyzes the necessity of individualized teaching for migrant school-aged children.It expounds the purpose of individualized teaching in adapting and integrating into school teaching,reducing intellectual bullying in campus,and building self-confidence in children s communication.It puts forward the design concept of individualized teaching and emphasizes the transitional design goal from non-adaptation to adaptation.It believes that based on stratification of students useful experience,it should pay attention to the guidance of their learning interests,build a strengthened teaching context from textbook knowledge to extracurricular knowledge,and highlight students performance evaluation.The purpose of effective individualized teaching is to help migrant children better adapt to the school s learning life.
