摘  要:本文首先分析实践性知识的含义,然后探讨实践性知识对中小学英语教师专业发展的影响,继而探寻实践知识视角下中小学英语教师发展与培训模式,最后提出实践性的教师培训方式,希望能为中小学英语教师的实践性知识培训提供一些经验和建议。This paper first analyzes the meaning of practical knowledge,then discusses the impact of practical knowledge on the professional development of primary and secondary school English teachers,and then explores the development and training mode of primary and secondary school English teachers from the perspective of practical knowledge,and finally puts forward practical teacher training methods,hoping to provide some experience and suggestions for the practical knowledge training of primary and secondary school English teachers.
