摘 要:教学风格是教师学识水平与教学艺术的完美结合。文章总结了四种典型教学风格的特征与优点,并分别进行了评析,据此建议教师应注重发挥个性特长,在思想观念、知识能力、思考总结、创新实践等方面出实招、做实事、谋实效,努力形成卓有实效的教学风格,以促进自我完善和事业发展。Teaching style is the perfect combination of teachers'knowledge level and teaching art.This paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the four typical teaching styles,and comments on them respectively.Accordingly,it suggests that teachers should pay attention to the development of their personality,make practical moves,do practical work and seek practical results in the aspects of ideology,knowledge ability,thinking summary and innovative practice,and strive to form effective teaching styles,so as to promote self-improvement and career development.
