摘  要:为了拓宽玉米苞叶高附加值利用途径,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了玉米苞叶黄酮的最佳提取条件,并以维E和二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)为对照,分析了纯化过的玉米苞叶黄酮的抗氧化性能。结果表明,超声波辅助提取法提取玉米苞叶的最佳提取条件为超声功率500 W,提取时间40 min,提取温度70℃,提取剂乙醇体积分数60%。在此条件下玉米苞叶黄酮得率为1.083%。经过D101型大孔树脂纯化后,玉米苞叶黄酮的纯度提高了1.779倍,玉米苞叶黄酮的DPPH自由基清除作用和还原能力优于维E,与BHT相似。因此,玉米苞叶黄酮具有较好的抗氧化能力,可作为天然抗氧化剂推广应用。The utilization approach of corn-bract with high additional value was widened.With singlefactor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from corn-bract were determined.VE and butylated hydroxy toluene(BHT)were used as study controls,while the antioxidant activity of purified flavonoids from corn-bract was analyzed.The results showed that the optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction were 500 W of ultrasonic power,40 minutes of extraction time,70℃of extraction temperature,60%of ethanol concentration.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids was 1.083%.The purity of flavonoids from corn-bract was increased 1.779 times by macroporous resins D101.The DPPH free radical scavenging capability and reducing capacity of flavonoids were almost as effective as BHT,and better than VE.Therefore,flavonoids from corn-bract has good antioxidant capacity and can be used as natural antioxidants.
