摘 要:在当前信息化支撑的混合式教学的背景下,提升高职教师混合式教学能力迫在眉睫。然而,实证调研发现,虽然高职教师普遍认同应当提升混合式教学能力,但是在信息化教学能力提升中仍然存在理念需要推陈出新、技能有待持续提高等问题。在信息技术时代,要真正有效提升高职教师的混合式教学能力,需要教师自觉强化混合式教学理念、社会开展多元化的信息化教学培训、学校通过建设智慧校园完善支撑信息化教学的软硬件设施。As the blended teaching method supported by information technology is trending,it is urgent to improve the blended teaching ability of higher vocational college teachers.However,the empirical study found that although higher vocational college teachers generally agree that their blended teaching ability should be improved,there exist several problems.Their concepts of teaching need to be renewed,their skills need to be continuously improved,and so on.In the era of information technology,in order to effectively improve the blended teaching ability of higher vocational college teachers,as for teachers,it is necessary to consciously strengthen the concept of blended teaching.As for the society,it is important to carry out diversified information-based teaching training.As for schools,it is essential to improve the software and hardware facilities to support information-based teaching through the construction of intelligent campus.
