摘　　要：教师队伍构成是新时代背景下影响高职外语专业发展最核心的问题。在对当前高职外语师资队伍发展面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等方面进行深入分析的基础上,围绕“教育产品”,从理念、质量、结构、发展四个角度对高职外语教师队伍评价指标体系建构提出建议和对策。The problem of the teacher team constitutes the core issue that affects and restricts the development of foreign language in higher vocational education.On the basis of in-depth description of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the current development of foreign language teachers,the author proposes to build a system of higher vocational foreign language teachers based on"educational products",and from the concept,quality,structure and development.Four angles have tried to construct the evaluation index system of foreign language teachers in higher vocational schools.
