摘 要:钳工技能实训是工科类专业开设的一门必修实践课,是高职院校培养技能人才不可缺少的教学环节。通过设置实践教学环节,以知识和技能为载体,主要培养学生个人综合素质、运用知识能力、善于发现问题并解决问题的能力,只有高质量的实训课程才能满足人才培养需求。从内容分析、学情分析、教学目标、教学重难点、教学策略和课程思政六个方面对钳工技能实训课程进行教学设计,对比教学效果,发现学生动手能力、学习兴趣和满意度都有很大提升。Bench work skill training is a compulsory practice course for engineering students and an indispensable teaching link for training technical talents in higher vocational colleges. By setting up practical teaching links and taking knowledge and skills as the carrier, it mainly cultivates students’ personal comprehensive quality, ability to use knowledge, and ability to find and solve problems, only high quality training courses can meet the demand of talent cultivation.this article carries out the fitter skills training courses instructional design from the six aspects of content analysis, situation analysis, teaching objectives, teaching difficulties, teaching strategies and curriculum education, the teaching effect shows that the students’ beginning ability, learning interest, satisfaction have been improved greatly.
