摘  要:新时代劳动教育作为中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,具有鲜明的思想性与多元性。为更好地发挥劳动教育的功能,实现劳动教育对教育改革新实践的时代回应,我们需要从以下方面进行审思。一是职业院校在开展劳动教育过程中应坚守劳动教育的“劳动性”和“教育性”,形成新型的劳动教育样态;二是大学劳动教育的实现关键在于建构劳动知识学习课程框架,统整劳动实践锻炼资源平台,拓宽劳动思想教育渗透渠道,指导劳动科学理论话语实践;三是新时代高校劳动教育课程的逻辑进路在于明确课程的“实践”逻辑基点,确立课程的“三维”服务面向,完善“四度”课程知识体系;四是高校劳动教育与创业教育的融合要点在于习得劳动科学素养、树立正确的创新创业价值观,完善课程体系设置、提高创造性问题解决能力,重视产学研用一体化、强化新知识与新技术运用。As an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,labor education in the new era has distinct ideological and pluralistic features.In order to give full play to the function of labor education and realize the response of labor education to the new practice of education reform,we need to consider from the following aspects.Firstly,vocational colleges should stick to the labor nature and educational nature of labor education in the process of developing labor education,and form a new pattern of labor education.Secondly,the key to the realization of college labor education is to construct the curriculum framework of labor knowledge learning,unify the platform of labor practice training resources,broaden the channels of labor thought education penetration,and guide the practice of labor science theory discourse.Thirdly,the logic approach of labor education courses in colleges and universities in the new era lies in clarifying the practice logic basis of the courses,establishing the three-dimensional service orientation of the courses and perfecting the four-degree curriculum knowledge system.Fourthly,the key point of the integration of labor education and entrepreneurship education is to acquire the scientific quality of labor and establish the correct values of innovation and entrepreneurship;perfecting curriculum system and improving creative problem-solving ability;pay attention to the integration of production,education,research and application,and strengthen the application of new knowledge and new technology.
