摘  要:用实验室自制开发的一种大米外观品质分析系统,对碎米进行识别测定。以国标方法为基准,调试大米外观品质分析系统测定碎米时的最佳阈值,再对实际样品进行测定。结果表明:分析系统对大米图像平均检测时间为5 s,大米碎米率和小碎米率测定的最佳阈值分别为0.68、0.40,在此阈值下测定本批大米碎米率为7%~8%,小碎米率小于0.5%,大米外观品质分析系统与人工法测定结果绝对误差小于0.5%。A self-developed rice appearance quality analysis system was used to identify and detection broken rice. Based on the national standard method, the best threshold of the rice appearance quality analysis system to determine broken rice was debugged, and then the actual sample were measured. The results showed that the average detection time of the analysis system on rice images was 5 s, and the best threshold value of the detection of broken rice rate and small broken rice rate was 0. 68, 0. 40 respectively. Under the threshold, it was determined that the broken rice rate was 7 % ~8 %, the small broken rice rate was less than 0. 5 %, and the absolute error between the measurement results of the rice appearance quality analysis system and manual method was less than 0. 5 %.
