立德树人背景下校园足球的道德内化价值及实现路径

摘　　要：以立德树人为视角,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对校园足球与道德内化进行分析。研究发现:1)校园足球具有道德内化的价值,能够通过激发道德需要、提升道德能力、提供合理的道德规范来帮助青少年实现道德内化。2)校园足球在发挥道德内化价值的过程中面临着不良社会风气盛行、道德实践平台有效性不足、校园足球教育者德育意识与能力缺失等现实困境。据此提出校园足球实现道德内化价值的可行路径:充分发挥校园足球的文化优势,创设良好的道德内化环境;开展梯度式的校园足球竞赛,把握道德认知发展的关键期;提高校园足球教育者的德育意识与能力,增强道德内化的实效性。From the perspective of morality cultivation,this paper analyzes campus football and moral internalization by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis.The findings are as follows:1)Campus football has the value of moral internalization,which can help teenagers achieve moral internalization by stimulating moral needs,improving moral ability and providing reasonable moral norms.2)In the process of exerting the value of moral internalization,campus football is faced with some realistic difficulties,such as the prevalence of some bad social atmosphere,the lack of effectiveness of moral practice platform,and the lack of moral education awareness and ability of campus football educators.Based on this,the paper puts forward the feasible path to realize the moral internalization value of campus football:to give full play to the cultural advantages of campus football and create a good moral internalization environment;to carry out gradient campus football competition and grasp the critical period of moral cognitive development;to improve the moral education awareness and ability of campus football educators and enhance the effectiveness of moral internalization.
