摘　　要：专科医师规范化培训(简称"专培")是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是在住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培")的基础上,继续培养能够独立、规范地从事疾病专科诊疗工作的临床医师的必经途径。内/外危重症医学专科医师被选为第二批专科医师规范化培训试点专科,充分显现了重症医学在毕业后医学教育中的重要位置,同时对重症医学科开展专科医师培训而言也迎来了新的发展契机。然而随着专科医师培训的开展和推进,住院医师培训的合格标准、专培基地、临床培训考核、专培导师及重症医学科研培训等方面均面临全新的压力。在国家的统筹下,这一系列规范的培训过程中,住院医师管理和培训质量将是重中之重。对于住院医师培训质量的评估将会成为衡量专培效果的重要指标。把握内/外危重症医学专科医师培训的契机,以持续输送合格的重症医学专业化人才为远景的原则,本研究从重症医学科医师的标准、专培基地与临床培训推进、临床培训考核方式、培养工作监督和临床科研训练等5个方面,对重症医学科开展内/外危重症医学专科医师规范化培训筹备与临床管理可能出现的问题进行思考,旨在探索适合中国的重症医学医师培训的方式和方法。The specialized training for specialists is an important part of post-graduate medical education.It is a gateway to training clinicians who can independently and properly engage in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases on the basis of the standardized training of resident physicians.The recent selection of critical care medicine as the second batch of standardized training courses for specialists has fully demonstrated the importance of critical care medicine in post-graduate medical education,and the training of specialists of critical care medicine has ushered in new opportunities of development.However,with the progress of critical care medical specialist training,the training standards,special training bases,clinical training assessments,specialized training instructors,and critical care medical research training are facing new pressures.The quality of student management and training will be the top priority in the process of standardized training.The quality and assessment of training will be an important indicator of the effectiveness of critical care medicine.Continuous delivery of qualified specialists in critical care medicine is our vision.This paper is intended to explore the standards for specialist medical doctors,special training bases and clinical training advancement,clinical training assessment methods,training supervision and clinical research training.
