摘  要:高等职业教育教学成果奖的评审,应遵循国家原则、公平原则、发展原则、科学原则,在目标导向下,在第三代教育评价理论、第四代教育评价理论的指导下进行。首先,应设计具有政策性、导向性、可行性、可操作性、有效性的《评价要素汇总表》,将其作为参考评审标准,然后进行等级判断、分值测量、评价分析,即“评价要素的三环节判定”,并对特殊问题进行处理。在高职教学成果奖评审中,应合理选聘评审专家,开展网上评审,进行评审复核,开展答辩评审和会议评审,以多种方式推进评审工作公开透明,引导职业院校更加深入地进行教学研究,更加扎实地开展教学实践,促进教学质量的提升。The evaluation of teaching achievement award of higher vocational education should follow the national principle,fair principle,development principle and scientific principle.Under the guidance of objectives,the third generation education evaluation theory and the fourth generation education evaluation theory enlighten us.First,we design the evaluation elements summary table with policy,feasibility,operability,effectiveness and guidance,which is used as the reference evaluation standard,through the"three links judgment of evaluation elements"of grade judgment,score measurement and evaluation analysis,and carry out special problems line processing.In the implementation of the evaluation of teaching achievement awards in higher vocational colleges,through the selection and appointment of evaluation experts,online evaluation,review,defense evaluation and meeting evaluation,we can promote the openness and transparency of the evaluation work in various ways,guide the vocational colleges to pay more attention to teaching research,carry out teaching practice more solidly,and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
