摘  要:推进学校德育评价改革,必须将目标导向和问题导向相结合,既顺应国际教育评价发展趋势,又立足新时代国家战略发展,构建新时代德育评价体系。新时代德育评价体系应澄清德育评价根本的目的,明确“为什么评”;把握德育评价主体,明确“谁来评”;理清德育评价内容,明确“评什么”;改进德育评价方式方法,明确“怎么评”。To promote the reform of school moral education evaluation,it is imperative to be both goal-oriented and problem-oriented.We need to conform to the development trend of international education evaluation,and build the evaluation system of moral education in the new era based on the national strategic development.To this end,it is necessary to clarify the fundamental purposes of moral education evaluation,which is about“why to evaluate”;it is necessary to grasp the subjects of moral education evaluation,which is about“who to evaluate”;it is necessary to elucidate the content of moral education evaluation,which is about“what to evaluate”;and it is necessary to improve the methods of moral education evaluation,which is about 44how to evaluate.
