摘　　要：三师型教师队伍建设,为高职教育工作开展提供人才资源支持,促使教育改革发展,提升学校的综合竞争力。通过三师型教师队伍的建设,提高汽车专业教育质量,提升学生专业能力与职业素养,促使人才培养工作顺利进行。文章以汽车专业的三师型教师队伍建设为研究对象,对何为三师型教师进行简单的介绍,针对当前教师队伍建设中存在的问题,提出几点建议,希望对高职院校教育工作开展提供帮助。The construction of a team of three-master teachers provides human resources support for the development of higher vocational education,promotes educational reform and development,and enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of the school.Through the construction of a team of three-master teachers,the quality of automobile professional education will be improved,the professional ability and professional quality of students will be improved,and the work of talent training will be promoted smoothly.The article takes the construction of the three-master teacher team of the automobile major as the research object,and briefly introduces what is the three-master teacher,and puts forward some suggestions for the current problems in the construction of the teacher team,hoping to improve the education work of higher vocational colleges,and provide relevant help.
