大学英语教师中华优秀传统文化的缺失与重构

摘　　要：大学英语教师文化价值观是通过长期英语知识的学习与积累,汲取外来文化中先进的思想、理念和精髓,结合中华优秀传统文化,在总结多年工作经验的基础上,根植于自身对英语教育教学的认知、理解与判断,形成的一些见解、看法、立场和价值取向。大学英语教师因自身语言教学工作的性质与特点,在长期教学实践过程中形成了独特的文化价值观、思想意识和行为作风。许多教师长期接触英美文化,本土文化缺失,所以,重构外语教师的文化价值观显得尤为重要。造成大学英语教师本土文化及其价值观缺失的主要原因:工作氛围的特殊性;话语权的边缘化;行为规范的制约性;文化自觉的缺失性。因此,提出大学英语教师文化价值观重构的有效策略,实现大学外语“课程思政”建设,真正践行社会主义核心价值观;强化中华优秀传统文化教育,倡导努力学习国外优秀文化;强化大学英语教师师德师风,树立正确的文化价值观;促进中外文化融合交流,拓展多元文化融合交流平台。Due to the nature and characteristics of their own work,college English teachers have formed unique cultural values,moral qualities,ideology and behavior styles in the process of long-term teaching and education practice,especially long-term exposure to European and American cultures,resulting in a serious lack of local culture.It is especially important to construct its cultural values.The study believes that the main reasons for the lack of cultural values of English teachers in colleges and universities:the particularity of the working atmosphere;the loss of the right to speak;the restriction of behavioral norms;the lack of cultural consciousness.Based on this,this paper proposes an effective strategy for the reconstruction of college English teachers'cultural values,in order to awaken the teacher's cultural consciousness,make up for the lack of culture,and provide a theoretical reference for strengthening the country and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers.
