线上线下混合式教学设计及教学质量管理研究——以房地产估价课程为例

摘　　要：在互联网与信息技术高度发展的今天,顺应时代变化,充分发挥线下课堂和线上自主学习的组合优势开展混合式教学很有必要。以房地产估价课程为例,详细阐述了线上线下混合式教学设计思路,并进一步提出了基于PDCA循环的线上线下混合式教学质量管理办法。With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,it is necessary to carry out blended teaching in line with the change of the era and give full play to the advantages of offline classroom and online autonomous learning.Taking the course"Real Estate Appraisal"as an example,this paper elaborates the design idea of online and offline blended teaching in detail,and further puts forward the quality management methods of online and offline blended teaching based on PDCA cycle.
