摘 要:在临床医学专业五年制医学生的消化内科临床教学工作中,通过使用PBL教学法,实习医师学习的效率和效果比较以前有了显著的提升。PBL教学法锻炼了学习能力和思维方式,提高了实习生的积极性和创造性。但是PBL教学针对性不强,对带教老师在教学中的引导作用要求较高,尤其对于基础不佳、主动性差的学生效果较差,在将来的临床教学实践上,尚需要根据学生实际情况进一步探索和完善。In the clinical teaching of gastroenterology for five-year medical students in clinical medicine,through the use of PBL teaching method,the efficiency and effectiveness of interns'learning has been significantly improved compared with the previous ones.PBL teaching method exercises the learning ability and way of thinking,and improves the enthusiasm and creativity of interns.However,PBL teaching is not very targeted,and requires high guidance for teachers in teaching,especially for students with poor foundations and poor initiative.In the future clinical teaching practice,further exploration and improvement according to the actual situation of students is still needed.
