摘 要:为了给住院医师提供更立体、进阶式的培养,北京协和医院内科自2017年起在病房开始推行分层小组培养模式。本文对分层小组培养模式的具体运行情况进行了调研,反馈结果提示分层小组培养模式获得了带教主治医师和分层小组组长的普遍认可,是一种可行、有效、符合住院医师成长规律的培养模式。但主治医师与组长在实施过程中也存在部分担忧,其中教学双方如何把握临床带教中的自主性和监督性的平衡问题最为突出,提示资质分层准入原则、有针对性的组长岗前培训等可能是下一步推动制度细化的重点。In order to train residents in a progressive way, the Internal Medicine Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital has been implementing the stratified training mode in wards since 2017. The effect of the training mode was investigated and the results suggested that the stratified training mode was well-received by attending physicians and leaders of stratified groups, which turned out to be a feasible and effective training program consistent with the ideal growth pattern of residents. However, attending physicians and group leaders were concerned about how to balance between autonomy and the right level of supervision. More individualized admission criteria for leaders and warm-up training may be a priority of the program.
